This project corresponds to the second phase of technical support for the hydroelectric company HIDROALTO, which, with support from IICA, implemented a coffee processing center for the purchase, storage, fermentation, and drying of coffee to benefit producers in the hydroelectric plant's area of ​​influence. This phase will implement the business plan developed in the first phase and automate the purchasing and traceability processes. The objective is to provide technical support and follow-up on the actions HIDROALTO will undertake to launch the business of purchasing and selling processed (fermented and dried) coffee at the Coffee Production Center, benefiting the communities in the direct area of ​​influence.
